§903.01 Sanitary Sewer Regulations
All buildings within 300 feet of a public sanitary sewer shall connect to the sewer within 90 days of notice from the Service Director. Prohibited discharges include stormwater, petroleum products, chemicals with a pH below 5.0 or above 10.0, and any substance that may obstruct the sewer or interfere with treatment processes. Industrial users shall obtain a permit and may be subject to surcharges for high-strength waste.
