§903.01 Sewer Use Regulations

All buildings within 200 feet of a public sanitary sewer shall be connected within 60 days of notification. No stormwater, roof drainage, or foundation drainage shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system. Prohibited discharges include petroleum products, toxic chemicals, and any substance with a temperature exceeding 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Industrial users shall obtain a discharge permit and may be required to pretreat wastewater before discharge.
