Every building in which plumbing fixtures are installed and which is located within 200 feet of a public sanitary sewer shall be connected to such sewer. The connection shall be made within 90 days after notification by the Director of Public Service. The property owner shall pay all costs associated with making the connection. All work shall conform to the standards and specifications of the City and shall be performed by a licensed plumber.
