Property owners shall maintain sidewalks abutting their property in good repair. Snow and ice shall be removed within 24 hours after the end of snowfall. Property owners shall not deposit snow from private property onto public streets or sidewalks. Defective sidewalks reported to the Service Director shall be inspected within 30 days. If repair is needed, the property owner shall complete repairs within 90 days or the City may perform the work and assess costs.
