§505.01 Dog Registration and Control
Every owner of a dog over three months of age shall register the dog with the Muskingum County Auditor and maintain a current registration tag on the dog at all times when the dog is outside the owner's premises. No dog shall be permitted to run at large. Dogs off the owner's premises shall be on a leash not exceeding six feet and under the control of a competent person.
