§505.01 Registration of Dogs

The owner of every dog over three months of age that is kept, harbored, or maintained within the Village shall register such dog with the County Auditor and obtain a valid registration tag. The registration tag shall be securely fastened to a collar or harness worn by the dog at all times when the dog is outside the premises of the owner.
