All dogs within the Village shall be registered with the Greene County Auditor and shall wear a valid registration tag at all times when off the owner's property. No dog shall be permitted to run at large. Dogs in public spaces shall be on a leash not exceeding six feet. The Village may designate off-leash areas in public parks by resolution. Owners shall immediately remove and properly dispose of animal waste deposited in any public space or on another person's property.
