A building permit is required for all construction, alteration, or demolition with an estimated cost exceeding $500. Applications shall be submitted to the Village Zoning Administrator with a site plan, floor plan, and description of materials. The fee schedule shall be established by resolution of Council. The Zoning Administrator shall act on complete applications within 15 business days.
