A building permit shall be required for all construction, alteration, or demolition within the Village. Due to the logistical constraints of island construction, permit applications shall be submitted at least 30 days before the planned start of work. All building materials shall be transported to the island in compliance with dock and ferry regulations. Construction staging areas shall be approved by the Village and shall not obstruct public rights-of-way or dock access.
