Chapter 1305: Property Maintenance

All buildings shall be maintained with weather-tight exteriors. The owner shall repair deteriorated roofing, siding, windows, foundations, and structural members. Peeling paint on exterior surfaces shall be scraped and repainted within 90 days of notice from the Zoning Administrator. Porches and steps shall be maintained in safe condition with stable railings where the height exceeds 30 inches above grade.
