Chapter 1301: Building Regulations

A building permit shall be required for the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, or moving of any building or structure within the Village, and for any change of use of an existing building. Applications shall be submitted to the Zoning Inspector and shall include a site plan, floor plan, and elevations. The Zoning Inspector shall issue or deny the permit within 30 days of receiving a complete application.
