Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. year-round. During quiet hours, no sound originating from private property shall be audible beyond the property boundary at a level exceeding normal conversation. Commercial establishments with entertainment permits may produce amplified sound until 1:00 a.m. but shall not exceed 85 decibels measured at the property line. Construction activity is limited to 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except for emergency repairs.
