Chapter 509: Disorderly Conduct

No person shall recklessly cause inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm to another by engaging in fighting or threatening harm, by making unreasonable noise, by hindering or preventing the movement of persons on a public street or sidewalk, or by creating a condition that is physically offensive or presents a risk of physical harm. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
