No person shall cause or permit unreasonable noise that disturbs the peace of the Village. Construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. No construction shall be permitted on Sundays or legal holidays without a waiver from the Village Administrator. Amplified music or sound shall not be audible beyond the property line between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
