No person shall create any unreasonably loud noise that disturbs the peace of the community. Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., the following are prohibited: operation of power tools or lawn equipment, amplified music audible beyond the property line, and vehicle horn use except as a warning signal. Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. No construction on Sundays without a permit from the City Manager.
