§509.01 Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication

Chapter 509: Disorderly Conduct

No person shall recklessly cause inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm by engaging in fighting, threatening behavior, or making unreasonable noise. No person shall be so intoxicated in a public place as to be unable to care for their own safety. The Village police may transport intoxicated persons to a place of safety. During the peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), additional police patrols shall be deployed in the downtown and harbor areas.
