No person shall conduct open burning within the Village except for recreational fires contained within a fire ring or pit not exceeding three feet in diameter. Recreational fires shall be located at least 25 feet from any structure and shall be attended at all times. Burning of leaves, brush, garbage, or construction debris is prohibited. The Village Fire Chief may impose a temporary burn ban during periods of high fire danger.
