§1301.05 Certificate of Occupancy

Chapter 1301: General Building Provisions

No building or structure hereafter erected or altered shall be used or occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by the Building Official. The Certificate of Occupancy shall certify that the building or structure complies with the provisions of this Building Code, the Zoning Code, and all other applicable regulations. The Building Official shall conduct a final inspection within five business days of receiving a request for a Certificate of Occupancy.
