The Village may contract with licensed wildlife control operators for the management of nuisance wildlife populations including Canada geese, white-tailed deer, and raccoons. Property owners experiencing wildlife damage may request assistance from the Village office. No person shall discharge a firearm or bow within the Village limits except as authorized by a wildlife management plan approved by Council and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
