Chapter 509: Disorderly Conduct

No person shall recklessly cause inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm to another by engaging in fighting, threatening harm, or violent or turbulent behavior, by making unreasonable noise, by insulting or taunting another under circumstances likely to provoke a violent response, or by creating a condition that presents a risk of physical harm or is physically offensive. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
