Chapter 521: Nuisances

No person shall erect, contrive, cause, continue, maintain, or permit to exist any public nuisance within the City of Athens. A public nuisance includes any condition that is injurious to health, indecent or offensive to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property by the community.
