§521.01 Nuisance Prohibited

Chapter 521: Nuisances

No person shall maintain or permit any nuisance within the City. A nuisance includes any condition that is injurious to health, offensive to the senses, or obstructs the free use and enjoyment of property. The Safety Director may order the abatement of any nuisance and if the responsible party fails to comply within the time specified, the City may abate the nuisance and assess the cost against the property.
