The C-1 Village Commercial District encompasses the downtown and harbor area. Permitted uses include restaurants, bars, retail shops, hotels, marinas, recreational equipment rental, and tourist-oriented businesses. Buildings shall not exceed 35 feet in height. All commercial establishments serving alcohol shall obtain a Village entertainment permit in addition to any state liquor license. Outdoor amplified music is permitted until 1:00 a.m. in this district.
