Chapter 1305: Property Maintenance

All buildings shall be maintained in good repair throughout the year, including during the off-season when many properties are unoccupied. Seasonal property owners shall designate a local agent responsible for property maintenance and emergency response during the off-season (October through April). Buildings shall be secured against weather and unauthorized entry before the off-season. The agent's contact information shall be filed with the Village office.
