§521.09 Vacant Property Registration
The owner of any building that has been vacant for more than 90 consecutive days shall register the property with the Building Department and pay an annual registration fee. The registration shall include the name and contact information of a local agent responsible for maintenance of the property. Registered vacant properties shall be inspected at least once every six months. The registration fee shall be $100 for the first year and shall increase by $100 for each subsequent year of vacancy.
