No person shall store, park, or leave any junk vehicle on any property within the City for more than 72 hours. A junk vehicle is any vehicle that is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperative, abandoned, or discarded. Antique vehicles maintained as a hobby and stored on the property of the registered owner shall be exempt, provided they are screened from public view. The City may remove and dispose of any junk vehicle after providing 10 days written notice to the property owner.
