§505.09 Barking Dogs

No person who owns, keeps, or harbors a dog shall allow the dog to bark, howl, or make other disturbing noises for a sustained period exceeding 15 minutes during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., or for a sustained period exceeding 5 minutes during the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. For purposes of this section, the disturbing noise must be audible from beyond the property boundary of the premises on which the dog is located.
