§505.05 Keeping of Livestock

No person shall keep or maintain any horses, cattle, sheep, goats, swine, or similar livestock within the corporate limits of the Village except on parcels of land containing not less than five acres. All livestock shall be enclosed within fences adequate to prevent escape. No stable, barn, or pen housing livestock shall be located within 100 feet of any neighboring dwelling.
