§521.01 Nuisance Conditions
The following conditions are declared to be public nuisances: any premises not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, any accumulation of rubbish, trash, or debris visible from a public right-of-way, any swimming pool not enclosed by a fence at least four feet in height with a self-closing and self-latching gate, any tree or shrub that obstructs visibility at a street intersection, and any premises infested with rats or other vermin.
