§505.01 Animals at Large
No owner or keeper of any animal shall permit such animal to run at large within the Village. Dogs shall be kept on a leash not exceeding eight feet in length when off the premises of the owner. Cats shall be confined to the premises of the owner. Any animal found at large may be impounded by the Village Marshal. The owner may reclaim an impounded animal upon payment of the impounding fee established by Council resolution.
