§505.03 Prohibited Animals
No person shall keep, harbor, or maintain within the Village any venomous reptile, any non-human primate, any bear, any large cat including lions, tigers, leopards, and cougars, any wolf or wolf hybrid, or any other animal that poses a danger to the safety of the community. Violations of this section are a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
