§905.01 Sidewalk Snow Removal

Chapter 905: Sidewalks

The owner or occupant of property abutting a public sidewalk shall remove snow and ice from the sidewalk within 24 hours after snowfall has ceased. If the owner or occupant fails to clear the sidewalk, the Village may do so and assess the cost against the property. Persons clearing sidewalks shall not deposit snow or ice onto the traveled portion of any street.
