The owner or occupant of any lot shall keep all grass, weeds, and vegetation cut to a height not exceeding eight inches. The City may provide written notice to the owner requiring compliance within seven days. If the owner fails to comply, the City shall cause the vegetation to be cut and shall assess the cost against the property, plus an administrative fee of $75 per occurrence.
