This ordinance shall be known as the Zoning Code of the City of Delaware, Ohio. The purpose of this Code is to regulate the use of land, buildings, and structures, the height and bulk of buildings, the size of yards and other open spaces, and the density of population within the City in order to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of the residents of Delaware.
