§505.09 Feral Cat Management
The City recognizes trap-neuter-return as the preferred method of managing feral cat colonies. Registered colony caretakers may maintain feral cat colonies on public or private property with the written consent of the property owner. Caretakers shall ensure all cats in the colony are spayed or neutered, vaccinated against rabies, and ear-tipped for identification. Colony feeding stations shall be maintained in a sanitary condition.
