Chapter 1305: Property Maintenance

All exterior surfaces of buildings and structures shall be maintained in good repair. Peeling paint, broken windows, missing siding, and deteriorated roofing shall be repaired or replaced within 60 days of written notice from the Zoning Inspector. Gutters and downspouts shall be maintained in working condition to prevent water damage to the structure and adjacent properties.
