§1305.01 Exterior Property Maintenance

Chapter 1305: Property Maintenance

The exterior of every building, structure, and all premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. The owner shall be responsible for maintaining the building and premises in compliance with these requirements. Every foundation, exterior wall, and roof shall be maintained in a weathertight condition and shall be kept in sound condition and good repair. Any grading or drainage necessary to prevent the accumulation of stagnant water on the premises shall be provided by the owner.
