§1113.01 Historic Preservation Commission

Chapter 1113: Historic District

There is hereby established the Granville Historic Preservation Commission consisting of five members appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council. Members shall serve three-year terms. The Commission shall review all applications for exterior alterations to structures within the Historic District. No person shall make any material change in the exterior appearance of any building or structure within the Historic District without first obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Commission.
