The speed limit on all Village streets shall be 25 miles per hour unless otherwise posted. The speed limit on Catawba Avenue south of the airport shall be 35 miles per hour. No person shall operate any vehicle at a speed that creates a dust hazard on unpaved roads. Mopeds and scooters are subject to the same speed limits as motor vehicles. The Village may reduce speed limits to 15 miles per hour during special events by posted signage.
