No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 25 miles per hour on any street within the Village unless a different speed limit is posted. School zones shall have a speed limit of 20 miles per hour during posted hours. The speed limit on State Route 661 within the corporate limits shall be 35 miles per hour. Radar speed detection shall be the primary method of speed enforcement.
