The speed limit on all residential streets shall be 25 miles per hour unless otherwise posted. School zones shall be 20 miles per hour during posted times. The speed limit on US Route 23 within the corporate limits shall be 45 miles per hour unless otherwise posted. The speed limit on Sandusky Street between William Street and Central Avenue shall be 30 miles per hour.
