The speed limit on all streets within the Village of Gambier shall be 25 miles per hour unless otherwise posted. The speed limit on Gaskin Avenue between Ward Street and the south corporate limit shall be 35 miles per hour. No person shall operate a vehicle at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent having regard to the width, traffic, and use of the street and the condition of the surface.
