The speed limit on all Village streets shall be 25 miles per hour unless otherwise posted. The speed limit on Xenia Avenue (US Route 68) from the north corporate limit to Limestone Street shall be 35 miles per hour. The speed limit on Dayton Street west of the railroad tracks shall be 20 miles per hour. Speed bumps installed on designated residential streets are enforceable traffic control devices.
