Motor vehicles shall park only in designated areas. No person shall park on Delaware Avenue between May 1 and September 30 without a permit. Golf carts operated on Village streets shall be registered with the Village, equipped with headlights and taillights, and operated by a person with a valid driver's license. The speed limit for golf carts is 15 miles per hour. Golf cart rentals shall be conducted only by permitted livery operators.
