Residents of the designated Residential Parking Permit areas may obtain an annual parking permit from the City Clerk. The permit shall be displayed on the vehicle dashboard or rearview mirror. Permit holders may park on designated streets without time limitation during the hours when parking restrictions are in effect. The annual permit fee shall be established by resolution of Council. Guest permits valid for up to 48 hours shall be available from the City Clerk.
