The R-3 Multi-Family Residential District is established to provide for higher-density residential development including apartments, townhouses, and condominiums. The minimum lot area per dwelling unit shall be 2,000 square feet. Off-street parking shall be provided at a ratio of not less than 1.5 spaces per dwelling unit. All multi-family structures containing more than four units shall provide a minimum of 200 square feet of usable open space per unit.
