The B-1 Village Business District encompasses the Xenia Avenue commercial corridor. Permitted uses include retail shops, restaurants, galleries, personal services, and offices. Residential use is permitted on upper floors. No off-street parking is required for existing buildings. New construction shall maintain the zero-setback street wall established by adjacent buildings. Drive-through windows are not permitted in this district.
