Parking meters are hereby established on portions of Front Street, Putnam Street, and Second Street as designated by the Director of Public Safety. The parking meter rate shall be as established by ordinance. No person shall park a vehicle in a metered space without depositing the required fee. No person shall allow a vehicle to remain in a metered space beyond the time purchased. Parking meter hours shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays shall be exempt.
