The R-3 Multi-Family Residential District accommodates apartments, condominiums, and townhouse developments at higher densities. The minimum lot area per dwelling unit shall be 2,500 square feet. Buildings shall not exceed 45 feet in height. Each unit shall have at least 1.5 off-street parking spaces. A minimum of 25 percent of the gross site area shall be devoted to landscaped open space accessible to all residents.
