The R-C Mixed Residential District allows a variety of housing types including single-family, duplexes, and small apartment buildings of up to six units. The minimum lot area for a duplex shall be 5,000 square feet. Multi-family structures require site plan review and shall provide one parking space per unit plus one visitor space per four units. Buildings shall not exceed 35 feet in height.
